Snow!

We've had way too much of it lately. Two big snowstorms in the last week and supposedly more is on its way over the weekend?! But, we couldn't miss out on the opportunity to take Corinne outside and experience it firsthand. We got tired of just watching it fall...and fall...and fall. She had a ball outside--once she got the hang of walking in her snow boots! And she especially liked watching Brett use his snowblower on the driveway, sidewalks, and really anywhere else he could think to venture. It's like a toy to him, but actually we are all thankful for it. Otherwise, I can't imagine how many (futile) hours of shoveling would have been done.
Look closely (below) and you might see the once proud standing snowman that Sharon (Brett's mom) made for Corinne in the last snowstorm. Unfortunately we found that it had become just a leaning mess, with no visible signs of the carrot nose, blueberry eyes, and strawberry mouth! Corinne was sad about that.
Little C was fixated on Brett's snowblowing abilities!
Here's Brett in all his glory, having a blast with his snowblower!

All that snow looks like fun. How about some snow angels?

Look at those smiles! Corinne was definitely enjoying herself and I just love those cute boots.

No question that the snowblower was a wise investment. Worth every penny! I can't imagine shoveling all those inches (feet?) of snow.

Good job, Brett. Snowblowing beats shoveling every time!

Looks like a good time was had by all. In addition, I can report that even without boots Corinne likes to walk on the snow!
